As a Celebrant, I have the privilege of guiding families through some of life’s most meaningful moments—both joyful and bittersweet. Recently, I had the honour of conducting two very special ceremonies: a baby naming for little Maeve and a heartfelt farewell for a cherished member of the community.
Maeve’s baby naming ceremony was a beautiful celebration filled with love and happiness. Her family’s heartfelt words truly warmed my heart:
"Thank you so much for making Maeve’s special day absolutely perfect! The ceremony was that perfect and special we could not have wished for anything better. The perfect memory for our special girl’s first birthday 🩷 thank you, Karen! X"
It was wonderful to be part of such a joyful occasion, marking the start of Maeve’s journey with her loved ones by her side.

In contrast, last week, I was privileged to lead a farewell ceremony for a member of @stourport_brassband, whose fellow musicians played beautifully to welcome mourners at Wyre Forest. It was a touching tribute, and I’m grateful for the kind words from the family and the thoughtful support of @incefunerals in ensuring every detail was just right.
Whether celebrating new beginnings or honouring a life well-lived, I strive to create ceremonies that bring comfort, meaning, and lasting memories. Thank you to the families who trust me with these special moments.
If you’re looking for a bespoke ceremony filled with personal touches, I’d love to help.
