How we craft your personalised ceremony

Getting to know you
We start with an initial consultation where we meet to discuss your ceremony. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for me to understand what you envision for your special day.

Write your ceremony
With the information gathered,
I start crafting the ceremony. This includes writing the script, selecting readings or other elements to include, and working with you to ensure that the ceremony reflects your wishes and values.

Your day
During the ceremony, I will guide you through each part of the ceremony and ensure that everything runs smoothly, providing you with any support and reassurance you may need on the day.

How much do you charge?For 2024 and 2025, ceremonies for couples start from £495.00 for a simple ceremony creating your own vows and including friends and family with readings. The cost rises to £695.00 which accommodates rehearsals and specialist ceremonial acts within the ceremony (such as hand fasting or blending)

What kind of ceremonies can you perform?I can perform a wide range of ceremonies, including weddings, end of life ceremonies, vow renewals, naming ceremonies. I can incorporate hand tying or blending using culturally appropriate resources.

How is a Celebrant ceremony different from a traditional one?A celebrant ceremony is a personalised ceremony that can be tailored to reflect the beliefs and values of the couple or individual. I work closely with my clients to create a unique and memorable ceremony that is meaningful and reflects their personalities.

Can we incorporate religious or cultural elements into our celebrant ceremony?Yes, celebrants are trained to be inclusive and can incorporate some religious or cultural elements into the ceremony if the client wishes to do so. Celebrants generally create secular ceremonies that adhere to civil regulations.

How much input do we have in creating the ceremony?Clients have a lot of input in the creation of the ceremony and can work with me to select readings, music, and other elements that are meaningful to them.

How can you offer a unique and memorable ceremony?Yes!! I can offer a range of creative ideas such as incorporating rituals, storytelling from friends and family or unique addititions to make the ceremony memorable and special.

What areas do you cover?I'm based in Redditch, Worcestershire, and can travel to the surrounding areas, such as Warwickshire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, and Staffordshire. I can also travel to Mid and South Wales.
